Training Plan — HYROX

An eight-week HYROX programme at beginner, intermediate or advanced level — and a live stopwatch that runs the real eight-run, eight-station race format.

  • Five structured sessions a week, tracked against the plan
  • Race Simulation with a 90-minute estimate to pace against
  • Your own routines run alongside the programme

How it works

How IGNYT works

Train

Log the set while the bar is still loaded.

Weight and reps carry over from last session, so you are confirming a number rather than remembering one. The rest timer starts itself, and a personal record is flagged the moment you beat it.

7 240 kgSession volume

Everything it tracks

One app instead of five

Training, nutrition, body composition and the platform features that hold them together. No feature here is a placeholder — each one ships in the current release.

Why IGNYT

Six reasons, all checkable

Nothing on this list is a feeling. Each one describes something the application does, in terms specific enough to be wrong.

  • Everything in one app

Training, food, macros, micronutrients, fasting, hydration, supplements, weight, measurements and progress — logged in one place, against one set of targets. Most people run four apps that each know a quarter of the picture and none of which can do the arithmetic across it.

  • Analytics that answer something

Twelve weeks of training volume, a smoothed 90-day weight trend, protein per kilogram of bodyweight, adherence scored against your actual plan.

  • Real Health Connect

17 data types read through Android's own layer, each permission granted separately, exchanged on-device. Deny one and the rest still sync.

  • Fast because it is local

Food search reads a database on the device, not an API. That is why it returns instantly in a basement gym, and why it never shows a spinner between sets.

  • Your data stays yours

Cloud backup is opt-in and off by default. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with data brokers, and nothing trains a model. Export to JSON or CSV whenever you like.

  • Designed for the long run

Streaks, records and twelve-week blocks — the units fitness actually happens in. Built to still be useful in a year, not to be impressive in a week.

By the numbers

Facts you can check

Install counts and uptime percentages are easy to print and impossible to verify. These are properties of the application itself — open it and count them.

Built for

Who this is actually for

IGNYT is not trying to be everybody's fitness app. It is built around six specific situations, and it is unusually good in each of them.

  • Lifters running a programme

You need last week's numbers while the bar is still loaded, not after you have dug through a spreadsheet.

Weight and reps carry over from your last session, the rest timer starts itself, and a personal record is flagged the moment you beat it.

  • Anyone in a cut or a gain

Scale weight moves three ways in a week and you cannot tell whether the deficit is working or you just had a salty dinner.

A smoothed 90-day trend line separates signal from noise, with body fat and lean mass tracked next to it.

  • Intermittent fasters

You are running 16:8 across a shifting schedule and counting the hours in your head.

A live countdown with your current stage, plus a history of every completed fast and the streak behind it.

  • People already wearing something

Your watch has the steps, your scale has the weight, and your training log has neither.

IGNYT reads 17 Health Connect data types straight from Android, so the numbers arrive without a second account.

  • Anyone training somewhere with no signal

The gym is in a basement and your tracking app spins on a loading screen between sets.

Logging, food search, timers and charts all run on-device. Aeroplane mode changes nothing.

  • People who want to keep their data

Health data is the most personal thing you own, and most apps treat it as inventory.

Cloud backup is opt-in and off by default, export to JSON or CSV is one tap, and your information is never sold.

Purpose
Fitness and nutrition tracking — workouts, calories, macros, hydration, fasting, body weight and progress.
Data requested
Google Health Connect: steps, distance, active energy, calories burned, exercise sessions, weight, hydration, and — where the device supports them — sleep and heart rate.
Why that data is requested
Solely to display and calculate the user's own fitness figures inside the app: steps and active energy complete the daily calorie balance against food logged, exercise sessions populate workout history, and weight and hydration feed the progress charts. Permission is requested only for the data types a feature actually needs, at the point that feature is used, and can be revoked at any time from device settings. The data is never used for advertising, marketing or profiling, is never sold or shared with data brokers, and is not used to train any model.
