Features
Sixteen things IGNYT does, properly
No feature here is a checkbox. Each one is built to survive a real training week — including the days with no signal, no time and no motivation.
The full list
Everything in one app
Training, nutrition, hydration, supplementation and body composition, sharing one set of numbers instead of five apps that disagree with each other.
Workout tracking
Log sets, reps and load live, with an automatic rest timer and personal records detected as you lift.
Food logging
Log meals by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with favourites and repeat-yesterday for the meals you eat weekly.
Calorie counter
Calories in, calories burned and calories remaining, recalculated the moment anything changes.
Macro tracking
Protein, carbohydrate and fat tracked against targets derived from your bodyweight and goal.
Micronutrients
Fibre, iron, calcium, vitamin C and sodium, so the gaps calorie apps ignore stop being invisible.
Diet plans
Build a repeatable weekly plan with meals and timings, then score how closely you actually followed it.
Fasting
16:8 or any custom window, with a live countdown, current stage and a history of every completed fast.
Water tracker
One-tap hydration logging with quick-add sizes and reminders spaced across your waking hours.
Supplement tracker
Your full stack with doses, timings, 30-day adherence and a warning before you run out.
Weight tracking
Scale weight, body fat, lean mass and tape measurements, smoothed into a trend you can actually read.
Progress charts
Training volume, streaks, session counts and every personal record across a full training block.
Health Connect
Reads 17 Android Health Connect data types — steps, heart rate, sleep, body composition — entirely on-device.
Smart reminders
Independent local schedules for water, training, meals, supplements, weigh-ins and fasting windows.
Cloud backup
Optional, off by default. Sign in and your data follows you to a new device; stay signed out and it never leaves.
Dark theme
Built dark first, tuned for legibility in a badly lit gym at seven in the morning.
Offline support
Every core feature — logging, search, timers, charts — works with no connection at all.
How it is built
Three rules the whole app follows
Offline first, not offline capable
The database, the timers, the charts and the search index all live on the device. A connection is a bonus, never a requirement — nothing degrades when you lose signal in a basement gym.
Private by default
No advertising SDKs and no behavioural tracking. Health data is never used for advertising or profiling, Cloud Sync and Health Connect are both opt-in and independently revocable, and your data exports in full whenever you ask.
Fast enough to use mid-set
Logging a set is one tap. Search returns instantly because it never leaves the phone. If a feature would slow the log-a-set path down, it goes somewhere else.
In context
What that looks like on screen
The same features, in the app itself.
